Everything
rises or falls with leadership. Good leadership is essential to any endeavor,
but even more so in the Kingdom of God. Those who would be leaders here have the
responsibility to know what it is they believe, to be able to defend the faith and to know those whom they lead. (See 2 Tim. 2:1, 2, 24-26; 1 Pet. 2:15).
It is our
passion to assist leaders in gaining a deeper understanding of the Christian faith and doctrine. This is accomplished through seminars and retreats dealing with Christian theology, Church history, expository
teaching of the Scriptures and practical applications of Scriptural and theological truth. Only
by knowing can leaders teach others. Only by being learners themselves can they
lead others into the joys of learning.
It is also
our goal to help leaders grow in areas of people skills, practical leadership, pastoral relations, counseling, etc. We intend to help those called to lead to develop the skills and knowledge to be effective
in their relationships with those they are called to lead. We desire to equip
the equippers to more effectively equip the saints (Eph. 4:11-16).
“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved by Him, a worker who has
no need to be ashamed, rightly explaining the Word of Truth.” 2 Timothy 2::15
“Anyone can follow a path, but only a leader can blaze one.”
